The BCS Great Pumpkin Roll is Set for October 17th
The Great Pumpkin Roll is a new Family FUN Day/Fundraiser for Butler Catholic School, being held October 17th from 3 to 6 PM. With the Covid-19 pandemic severely limiting our ability to have traditional large inside events like our Winter Wonderland Dinner/Auction, as well as the elimination of our Steeler Raffle, we are excited to offer some NEW fundraising opportunities this year including this Great Pumpkin Roll. This is not only new to Butler Catholic, but to our knowledge, no event like this is being held in our entire region. Utilizing pumpkins grown here at BCS in our Pumpkin Patch, attendees can adopt a pumpkin (and decorate it they wish), then load it into a dump truck from which it will roll down East Locust Street to the finish line at Monroe St.
We are inviting our own school families, as well as area community members to participate through adopting pumpkins, enjoying a meal from the food vendors, and taking a chance at winning some fabulous baskets of items in our Basket Raffle. Health and Safety precautions will be in place, including a mask requirement.
