Students Participate in Cutting-Edge Work

March 17, 2025Sixth grade is doing some cutting-edge work with Mr. Hamby, director of our technology programming!
Recently, students created custom logos to cut out as their 2D arts module by learning the online design platform Canva. Sixth graders then uploaded their images to BCS's design space, modified them to cut, and sent them through the school's electronic cutting machine.
The next step is for students to learn how to properly "weed" their designs and prepare to transfer the logos onto permanent surfaces.
