Remembering 9/11

Butler Catholic School will be commemorating the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with a special ceremony Sept. 10. Our tribute is called “Let Us Remember, Let Us Honor, Let Us Pray.”

Members of our clergy, our school staff, and our students, will join together for a heartfelt tribute to that fateful day 20 years ago.

Members of all military branches, first responders, and all members of the medical profession have been invited to join us in remembering the heroes of 9/11.

Simultaneously, we will be honoring today’s heroes—those who work to protect us, our country, our families, our communities.

The ceremony will include readings, reflections, singing, candle lighting, and additional elements brought together by our school community.
