Fourth Grade Book Talk

Students in Fourth Grade were given the task of choosing a book to read on their own and completing a “Booktalk” for the book. A Booktalk is a 3-5 minute presentation about a book that you want to motivate others to read. It is similar to a movie trailer. Students gave enough information to intrigue listeners without giving an entire summary of the book. Needless to say, our students gave their fellow classmates some ideas for books to try over the summer!
