Dear
Parents,
As
we come to the
Thanksgiving Holiday,
I would like to express
my deepest gratitude
for you. Your
caring, concern,
and expressions of
sympathy at my brother’s
death are deeply
appreciated. While
it is difficult in
realizing that he
is no longer among
us, the fact that
he is no longer suffering
from pain is comforting. Jim
was in the hospital
from August 22 until
his passing – a
very long time with
no antibiotics for
the infection that
was destroying his
body. When
I was with him the
week before he died,
he expressed his
gratitude for the
prayers that were
being said on his
behalf. To
this “thank
you,” I extend
my “thank
you!” You
are truly a very
special group of
parents.
Also, I would like
to send a very BIG
THANK YOU to
all who were here
for the Challenge
of Champions and
Winter Wonderland. From
all that I’ve
heard, both events
were WONDERFUL!! Thank
you for all of the
hard work, time,
and effort that were
put into each event
to make them so successful.
Thanksgiving – a
day of being with
family and feasting
on turkey with all
of the trimmings. It
is a day when we
stop to say THANK
YOU to God. May
this day be filled
with unending blessings
for you. May
you always feel the
warmth of the loving
arms of our Provident
God holding you close
to Him. Thank
you for being the
warm, wonderful,
caring people of
God that you are.
Gratefully,
Sister
John Ann
